Delivery is normally made within 1-3 working days. We aim to deliver all orders in the shortest time possible. Delivery is made Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
All Office Furniture (excluding Pigeon Hole Units and Similar Storage where specified) is delivered flat packed and requires simple assembly. Assembly instructions are included.
Pigeon Hole Units & Similar Storage Lead Times:
Delivery is normally made within 7-10 working days. (Please note that there is an extended lead time on these units between July and September due to an influx of school's purchasing. During this time, delivery is estimated to be 3-4 weeks). As these items are manufactured to order, occasionally lead times can be extended. Delivery is made Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
All Pigeon Hole Units and similar storage is delivered fully built (where stated on each product page).
Metal Storage Lockers Lead Times:
The normal lead time on standard products is 10-14 working days.
Prices include off loading to reception/ground floor area - not positioning on site.
Prices are inclusive of carriage for UK mainland deliveries only. Prices on application for Scottish Highlands, Isels and the following post codes: PH, DD, KY, AB.
Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged a minimum of 15% of the total order amount. The customer will be required to pay the delivery charge for returning products. Products that are made to order (ie from non stocked fabrics) are non returnable. Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Office Furniture before hand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.
All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
