· Additional delivery charges may be required for Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland and in these situations we may contact you advising of additional delivery charges. VAT is to be added to all displayed prices.
· Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged a minimum of 15% of the total order amount. Customers will be required to pay the delivery charge for returning orders. Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Office Furniture before hand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.
· Furniture is supplied with a warranty, the term of which is specific to each product or range. The warranty covers furniture whilst used under normal conditions and not subkect to abuse or mis-use. The warranty length is shown against each particular product.
· All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
